6 Degrees, 32 Concentrations
Trident University offers online Bachelor degrees in six disciplines: Health Sciences, Computer Science, IT Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Business Administration. These accredited online degrees require between 120 and 124 credits to complete the degree. These include varying combinations of general education courses, core courses specific to the distance education Bachelors degree program and electives. Students must have a high school degree or its equivalent to be admitted to a bachelor's degree program.
Trident University General Education is offered to students to complete and complement the Bachelor degree programs in six (6) competency areas: Arts/Humanities, English Composition, Health & Wellness, College Mathematics, Physical & Biological Sciences, and Social & Behavioral Sciences. 8 Degrees, 42 Concentrations
Trident University offers online Master degrees in eight disciplines: Education, Health Sciences, Health Administration, Emergency and Disaster Management, IT Management, Human Resource Management, Leadership, and Business Administration. These accredited online degrees require between 36 and 44 credits to complete the degree. These include varying combinations of core courses specific to the distance education Masters degree program and electives. Students must have a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university in a related field with a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be admitted to a master's degree program.
3 Degrees, 11 Concentrations
Trident University offers distance education Ph.D. degrees in three disciplines: Educational Leadership, Health Sciences, and Business Administration. These are academic research online Ph.D.'s and require a written exam and an oral defense as well as a dissertation for Ph.D. program completion. All students are required to complete doctoral research method courses, Ph.D. theory courses in their field, and elective courses as applicable to their concentration of choice.
Trident University offers a distance education Ed.D. degree in Educational Leadership. The Ed.D. in Educational Leadership is a post-Masters professional practice degree, designed for the working professional. The content and expectations focus on knowledge skills, and dispositions needed by practicing leaders in education. Assessment activities focus on demonstrating the ability to effectively apply expertise and prior experience to the practice of educational leadership in the student’s area of specialization.
