Dr. Sansing received her Ph.D. in Sociology from The George Washington University, and M.A. from the University of Virginia, and an A.B. from Bates College.

Prior to becoming President/CEO of Trident University International, Dr. Sansing served as President of Argosy University, San Francisco Bay Area, Provost of Notre Dame de Namur University (Belmont,CA), and Dean of Whitehead College of the University of Redlands.

Dr. Sansing has served on national boards of the American Council on Education and the Aspen Institute, and has had extensive experience with all phases of regional accreditation. She is a frequent speaker on strategic planning, leadership, and career pathways for women in higher education.
