Payments & Payment Plans

TUI offers a variety of payment options:

• Promissory Note:
  Students certain to receive Tuition Assistance may complete and sign a document serving as a promise of responsibility for any tuition and fees. Students may fill out the Promissory Note form online.
• VA Benefits:
  Students using VA benefits for tuition for the first time, may contact our VA Representative, Ms. Casee Llanes for guidance and assistance at: (714) 816-0366 ext. 2202
• Financial Aid:
  Students interested in this option may contact our FA department via email at financialaid@tuiu.edu or call 1-800- 493-2685.
• Pay-Out-Of- Pocket:
  Students may choose to pay tuition fees using a credit card via our secure credit card processing system. Students may always pay by check mailed to the following address:
