Student Documented Degree Plan
After submission of the common application to Trident University, we will create a student file for you. Upon receipt and review of ALL official transcripts which includes all Academic Institutions attended and your military transcript, a transcript evaluator will create a student documented degree plan.
Please note Trident University will not complete your official student documented degree plan unless ALL official transcripts are received, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Upon approval of your Official Student Documented Degree Plan, Trident University will upload to the Go Army Portal. The VOLED Program Manager will upload your approved student documented degree plan to the army portal and your Educational Center will receive an automatic notification that the documented degree plan was uploaded to your efile/Student Agreement tab.
Your Educational Officer is obligated to review your student documented degree plan and post it on your army records confirming that it was reviewed.
If the deadline for posting the student documented degree plan is missed, soldiers are placed on automatic hold and they will be prevented from enrolling in further courses until the hold is lifted. Please note that we will be unable to upload your student documented degree plan to the army portal if you fail to submit your common application to TUI or if your home college is not designated as "Trident University International”. For none degree granting students, official student documented degree plans cannot be uploaded.
Grades are automatically updated through the portal. Posting typically occurs within five (5) business days after official grade posting.
Please note that we cannot upload grades to the army portal for work completed prior to the summer 2006 session.
TUI staff will be happy to mail (postal or email) your grades for the sessions prior to Summer 2006 to your Educational Center for uploading to your army records.
