University Tuition & Fees

While Trident University is one of the more affordable higher education institutions, it provides a high quality education with a student-centered curriculum. Our online degree programs are designed to empower college students to acquire critical thinking and strategic skills that can enhance their lives and further their careers. Trident University offers three academic levels, each with its own tuition and fee structure:
Bachelors Level
- The tuition cost for the Bachelors program (100-400 level courses) is US $325 per semester credit hour or US $1,300 per course (All TUI courses are 4 semester credit hours).
- The tuition cost for Military students using Military Tuition Assistance or MGIB; military spouses and veterans of the military in the Bachelors program (100-400 level courses) is US $250 per semester credit hour or US $1,000 per course.
Masters Level
- The tuition cost for the Masters program (500 level courses) is US $425 per semester credit hour or US $1,700 per course (All TUI courses are 4 semester credit hours).
- The tuition cost for Military students using Military Tuition Assistance or MGIB; military spouses and veterans of the military in the Masters program (500 level courses) is US $300 per semester credit hour or US $1,200 per course.
Doctoral Level
- The tuition cost for the Doctoral program (600 and 700 level courses) is US $700 per semester credit hour or US $2,800 per course (All TUI courses are 4 semester credit hours).
- The tuition cost for Military students using Military Tuition Assistance or MGIB; military spouses and veterans of the military in the Doctoral program (600 and 700 level courses) is US $630 per semester credit hour or US $2,520 per course.
- Students in the Dissertation Series (700 -702 level courses) will register for one course of four semester credit hours per session. After completion of the Dissertation Series students will register for the Dissertation Continuance (703 and above) for one course per session.
