Student Centered Education (SCE): My first concern is always the student. How, can I improve my teaching and administrative skills? Being a team player using innovative problem solving techniques to enhance my teaching skills. Respecting and embracing students cultural sensitivity. Using the best teaching technique methods like: Bloom’s and/or Madeline Hunter’s Direct Instruction Model Lesson Plan to get the very best results in learning for the student. Constantly measuring (Standards) the results of the students work to keep them on track to being the best student they can be.
