Robert Ross has extensive experience in teaching, developing, and conducting research on new student experience courses. He has served in various administrative leadership roles where he pioneered “best practice” undergraduate student success and retention initiatives in academic advising, counseling, early alert academic warning systems, learning assistance, peer mentoring, interventions for undergraduates on academic probation. He also has significant experience in general education curriculum development, transfer articulation and academic compliance and degree certification.
