Dr. Steadham is currently employed as a manager of talent development within the financial services industry. His responsibilities include leadership and professional development, coaching, management training, and performance management consulting. His background includes 15 years of progressive human resources management experiences in employee relations, staffing, and training and development within the governmental and private sector. His background also includes over 10 years of experience in higher education instruction in human resources management, business communications, strategic management, and training. Dr. Steadham also practices business and personal coaching on a part-time basis.
