August 6, 2018 – Cypress, CA – Trident University International (Trident) is excited to announce a crucial realignment to the courses in its nine month, 27-credit Computerized Accounting diploma program. This enhancement allows students to build upon previous learning in a way that naturally supports improved mastery of the concepts.
Introduced last year, this diploma is a shorter, professional development program designed to prepare students seeking entry level positions as accountants, bookkeepers, tax preparers, and more.
The Computerized Accounting diploma program is designed to be stackable. By taking three additional courses beyond this program, students have the ability to transfer all credits to the Associate of Science in Professional Studies program.
Bauguess, who is the Program Coordinator for this program, has over 15 years of accounting and over 20 years of taxation experience. In his current role, he has been instrumental in the content and curriculum development for this certificate program. He is also responsible for University-wide training on the program and serves as a faculty member.
Previously, he served in leadership roles at ICDC College, including Business Management and Accounting Course Planner/Writer, Online Instructor, Department Chair, and Program Director.
Bauguess holds a Master of Business Administration from DeVry University’s Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Telecommunications Management from DeVry in Long Beach, CA. He is currently enrolled in Trident’s Ph.D. in Business Administration program.
