Dr. Shari Farris
Department Chair in MAED - College of Education
Dr. Farris has a doctorate in Educational Leadership and Policy, an Masters in School Administration, and Gifted Education and a BA in Education. Dr. Farris has certification in K-12 Administration, K-8 Teacher Education, P-3 Early Childhood Education, and 4-12 English. Dr. Farris has twenty years in k-12 practitioner experience as a classroom teacher, curriculum trainer, and in school leadership and administration. Additionally, Dr. Farris has five years of higher education experience as an assistant professor, department chair, and curriculum course developer for online education in educational leadership and research methods, curriculum and instruction, and early childhood education.
