• The goal of the Master of Arts in Education (MAED) degree program is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed for ethical and effective leadership careers in the field of education, staff development, and training. The MAED degree offers the following concentrations: adult education and training, athletics administration, aviation education, curriculum and instruction, early childhood education, elementary/secondary education leadership and administration, higher education leadership and administration, and K12 online teaching and learning.
• The online Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Leadership is designed for current and emerging leaders, both in traditional and non-traditional educational environments who are looking to lead complex learning organizations. These leaders include individuals who currently hold or are seeking leadership positions within colleges and universities, educators in non-traditional K-12 environments, and professionals in various non-profit and government settings.
• The Ed.D. Degree Completion program is designed to help students who started a doctoral program at another institution, but for one reason or another, were unable to complete their program and are seeking another university where they can complete their doctoral program.
• Trident's Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Educational Leadership degree program is designed for developing new leaders who respond and transform schools into active and effective learning communities, while nurturing the abilities of others toward a vision of excellence for every student demographic group. The Ph.D. EL degree program offers the following concentrations: educational technology, health education, higher educational leadership, and teaching, learning and development.
