Dr. Anna Charisse Selga

Dr. Anna Selga brings over two decades of experience in higher education, leadership, teaching, training, and professional development. Throughout her career, she has served in roles including Lecturer, Program Chair, Director of Education, Dean of Academic Affairs, and Campus Director, supporting both traditional and post-traditional learners in online and campus-based environments. Her background includes designing and delivering training, developing faculty and leaders, coaching teams, and creating learning experiences that support professional growth and continuous improvement.
With a strong foundation in education and service, Dr. Selga is passionate about helping individuals and teams identify their strengths, build confidence, and reach their full potential.
