Command Sergeant Major Pritchard entered the Army in July 1986 and completed One Station Unit Training (OSUT) at Fort Bliss, TX. His assignments include; HHB 94th ADA BDE Kaiserslautern, Germany; HHB 1/5 ADA Fort Stewart, GA; D Battery 1/56 ADA, Fort Bliss, TX; C & B Battery 6-43 ADA Ansbach, Germany (Platoon Sergeant); HHB 108th ADA BDE Fort Polk, LA (Operations Sergeant); B Battery 1-56 ADA Fort Bliss, TX (Senior Drill Sergeant); E Battery 5-7 ADA Babenhausen, Germany (First Sergeant); Fort Bliss Noncommissioned Officer Academy (Chief of BNCOC); Operations Sergeant Major and Command Sergeant Major, 3-43 ADA Battalion, Fort Bliss TX; Command Sergeant Major, 69th ADA BDE Fort Hood, TX, he is currently serving as the Fort Hood NCO Academy Commandant and combat tours during Operations Desert Shield/Storm, Operation Desert Falcon, Saudi Arabia, and Operation Enduring Freedom 06-08. On 8 July 2011, CSM Pritchard took over as 94th Army Air and Missile Defense Command (AAMDC) Command Sergeant Major, Fort Shafter Hawaii.
