Dr. Michael L. Wesolek

Part-time Faculty - College of Education

Dr. Michael Wesolek has been teaching and developing graduate courses at Trident University since 2006. He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and a MA Ed. in Early Childhood Education from Touro University. He also has a Master of Science degree in Aeronautical Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Dr. Wesolek served as a military instructor pilot and maintenance test pilot flying both fixed wing and rotary wing aircraft and as a Research Psychologist at the Army Research Institute (ARI). In addition to his duties at Trident University, he also serves as the Dean of Occupational Health and Safety Education at the US Army Combat Readiness/Safety Center and as an OSHA outreach instructor for the University of Alabama. Dr. Wesolek’s research interests include aviation and safety education, adult learning, and training development. He has published several peer review articles and ARI Technical Reports.
