Trident University International (Trident) has announced that it will be renaming its College of Business Administration “The Glenn R. Jones College of Business Administration” in recognition of Jones International University’s (JIU) founder, Glenn R. Jones, and his military service, entrepreneurial spirit, and extensive contributions to the fields of education and business.

Throughout the spring, several Trident University International (Trident) graduates will be acknowledged at individual ceremonies held at military bases both in United States and internationally. Held on an annual basis, these events are organized for active duty servicemembers who are graduating from a broad spectrum of colleges and universities, but are unable to attend their respective in-person graduation events.

Trident is proud to announce that Steven Hall has been appointed President of Centurion Military Alliance (CMA), effective immediately. Hall, a 25-year veteran of the United States Air Force, previously held this role in 2013, and continues to serve as Senior Director of Military and Veteran Relations at Trident.

On Monday, March 23rd, Army General Martin E. Dempsey, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, led an event at the University of Southern California (USC), focusing on veterans’ issues as they transition into civilian life. As Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Gen. Dempsey is the highest-ranking officer in the United States Armed Forces and is responsible for advising the President, Secretary of Defense, and the National Security Council.
